The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - If the reservation is for more than three days, or more than 3 people, the deposit can be set at 200 €. If it is a bachelor party, the deposit is set at 500 €, in cash on arrival. By company policy, if the amount of the reservation is more than 200 €, we will ask you to pay the total amount of the reservation in cash on arrival at the key handover. - Be aware that there's only 1 parking spot included in the price. If guests need an extra parking spots will have to be requested and price/availability will be consulted. Thank you
