Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them onsite for the following extra charges, if reserved at least 24 hours before arrival: - Bed linen: EUR 30 per bed - Towels: EUR 10 per bed. Please note that guests must clean the property before check-out. From the 1st of July to the 31st of August, a surcharge of 120 EUR applies for check-out after check-out hours.
