Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the extra charge for a small dog (up to 12 kg) is EUR 50. This is possible upon request. Please note that the accommodation is located within a quiet neighborhood, therefore it is not allowed to be at the outdoor terrace after 22:00. Please note that it is possible to park cars near the accommodation with the parking card of the owner on arrival. Afterwards, it is possible to park the car at the nearby parking lot at a distance of 300 m (free of charge). Please note that it is not possible to place bikes or similar objects in the apartment that might cause damage. It is possible to place bikes in the garden house upon request.
