Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A EUR 25 extra fee applies for arrivals after 19:00. Late arrivals are only upon prior request. Please note that there is no front desk. Check-in must be arranged in advance. A parking card can be provided upon prior request for a car park located 100 meters away.
