Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a registration condominium fee of U$ 30.00 (Non-Refundable) per reservation which will include 1 key fob and it is NOT included in the Booking price. Guest pays upon arrival. If you need more fobs it is going to cost more. No free parking. There is valet parking for $10 daily (unlimited In/Out ) In case if a guest decides to order online packages, received packages are $5.00 each (Amazon/eBay, etc.)
