All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Room service is available from 06:00 to 00:00. Kindly note that this property charges an optional tourism fee of BRL 4.00 per day per room. Note that a booking for more than 08 rooms in the same period is considered a Group Reservation and therefore is subject to a differentiated policy, as below. Group policy: 50% of the total booking will be charged from the credit card provided at booking. Cancellations up to 20 days prior to the check-in date are free of penalties. After that, it won´t be possible to process cancellations, and 100% of the total amount will be charged. Reservations made after the period of 20 days prior to check-in will have 100% of the total amount charged, with no possibility of modification, cancellation or reimbursement. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
