Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Upon booking your reservation, the Reservation Team will forward a copy of our Registration Confirmation for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of the signed Registration Confirmation along with a copy of your photo ID, credit card and a selfie, check-in instructions will be emailed out to you providing you with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Check-in instructions are emailed 24 hours in advance of your arrival. In the event that you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise. Pool Heat is available for $150 minimum. Please be certain advise if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation. *Note: Guests who wish to utilize the Amenities, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. It costs $35 per house/ per stay.
