Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform ApartUP La Concha Beachfront II in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-ins are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please note that for arrivals later than 9:00 p.m. there is a surcharge of 30 EUR to be paid in cash on arrival. Please note that early check-out before 9:00 a.m. carries a surcharge of 30 EUR. For correct verification of the identity of the holder of the card used for payment, said holder must present the card on the day of entry at check-in when required. NOT complying with this regulation means NOT BEING ADMITTED to the accommodation, and you can only access it by purchasing a new reservation at that moment. For this reason, you will not be able to use virtual cards as you cannot physically present said card. The holder of the credit card used to make the online reservation must be present at check-in. If the owner is not present, the credit card will not be accepted.
