Guests who wish to use the private reservable hot-spring bath must make a request upon check-in. To use the hotel's free shuttle, please call upon arrival at JR Yugawara Train Station. Shuttles are available from 16:30-21:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Yukata robes and towels are available at an additional charge. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only. You must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
