Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that a check-in form and a link for the security deposit will be sent during the reservation process. If it is not possible, your credit card details will be required upon arrival. For arrivals outside of check-in hours, requests must be done in advance and confirmed by the property. Please note that an extra fee applies: - From 21:00 to 00:00, an extra fee of EUR 22 applies. - Between 00:00 and 6:00, an extra fee of EUR 44 applies. - Check-out between 06:00 and 08:00 is available for an extra charge of EUR 20. - Check-in and Check-out on bank holidays: EUR 10 Both supplements are cumulative.
