Convenient Studio in Prime Location

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 3.60 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

Children older than 5 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Convenient Studio in Prime Location in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the balcony door must be closed and locked upon check-out. A penalty fee of GBP 50 will be deducted from the deposit if guests do not do this. Please note the property has private check-in. The property is happy to accommodate guests outside of check-in time (15:00--20:00), as long as they know about arrival time in advance. Late/early check-in fee is an additional 15 pounds, unless approved in advance by the property.
