Guests must submit a deposit or waiver through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable deposit (minus a processing fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process. Check-in information will be provided after verification is complete. Guests who book may also be required to agree to our House Rules or Terms & Conditions. CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in.
