This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 22€ applies for arrivals between 9 pm to midnight and 44€ for arrivals between midnighta nd 6 am . All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
