The 110 m² 4-bedroom house has a bright living and dining room, a spacious, well equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor and another wash basin upstairs. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the south facing terrace with appropriate garden furniture. For recreation and play the enclosed and protected surrounding 800 m² garden is at your disposal. Other facilities include a ping pong table and a barbecue. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.
