MADO consists of six unique apartments, each with a seating area, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and additional equipment, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The apartments on the first floor also have a mezzanine with single beds. Additionally, there is a seating area with a Finnish sauna on the premises, which can be booked (additionally paid service).
