Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Maison Privee - Index in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that apartments are located individually and are not part of the serviced hotel or hotel apartment. Please note that all guests are required to send a copy of their passport or Emirates ID prior to arrival for pre-registration in the residence building. It has to presented upon check-in along with a valid credit card. Fresh towels and bed-sheets will be present upon arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, a complimentary cleaning and linen change will be provided once during the stay. For extended stays beyond 7 nights, a complimentary cleaning and linen change will then take place once every 7 days thereafter.
