In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers licence / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
