This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 420 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. To be paid no later than 1 week before your arrival: * An “Accommodation” security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental. This bank authorization will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental. This period may be extended to three months, if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A “Household” security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. Where applicable, if all household tasks have not been fully or correctly carried out, the “Housekeeping” security deposit will be withheld. * Tourist tax by remote bank card, transfer or check. * Optional services.
