Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned within 5 days. The photo ID and credit card information must also be completed during this time. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older in order to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Please note that non-family groups are prohibited unless all members are 25 years of age or older. Please note that group events must be approved by Sea Star Realty at the time of booking. A guest list, which includes the names and ages of all attendees staying at the property, must be completed and returned prior to check-in.
