Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children older than 11 years are welcome. One child from 11 to 12 years is charged GBP 10 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Serviced Accommodation in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
