Top floor penthouse apartments with a large private terrace overlooking the sea. Indoor and outdoor dining, only two minutes walk from the popular beaches of the Alghero Lido. Top quality furnishings, 50" flat-screen TV with satellite international channels, air conditioning/heating in all areas, free Wi-Fi and private, off-street secure parking. Step free access via elevator from the parking area directly to the penthouse. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Large living area for dining and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have king-size beds with linens and the two bathrooms have bidets, hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. Both bathrooms have shower and one has a bathtub. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and drive to the airport in 10 minutes. The bus stops are 150 yards away. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area.

People 17 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
