Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for ZAR 300 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for ZAR 150 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Totalstay will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of ZAR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday, and linen and towel change service every 5th day. Housekeeping services can be arranged weekends and public holidays at a surcharge. A surcharge of ZAR 250 applies for arrivals after 21h00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
