The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking for 1-night stays. Arrivals after 20H00 and departures after 10H00 may be charged a penalty fee. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property at any time, the privacy of other guests and neighbors will be protected by management. Group bookings may be charged a breakage deposit at the discretion of management to be refunded within 24 hours of check-out. Only the number of guests booked into a room will be allowed in a room at any time. Any damages or breakages to be charged at the discretion of management. Proof of identity and credit card details of all guests will be verified on check-in.
