Please inform Résidence Eureca in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A cleaning charge may be applied if the departure instructions are not followed. These amounts vary according to the category of accommodation and the length of stay. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. This apply for the following accommodation: - Studio (2 Adults): EUR 70 - Studio (4 Adults): EUR 80 If the cleaning done by guests is not satisfactory, the property will charge the cleaning fee. Please note that the balance of the reservation will be charged 30 days before arrival. Please note that the maximum height for the car park is 1.80 metres.
