Expo Marina Lis is a three-bedroom apartment located in Parque das Nações, one of Lisbon’s business and shopping districts. It offers partial Tejo River views from the furnished terrace. This soundproofed apartment includes 3 bright bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. All have access to the terrace. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bath. A hairdryer is also included. The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests and has 2 folding beds in the living area. Guests can prepare their meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them either in the elegant living area or in the terrace. The living room opens to the terrace and includes sofas and a cable TV. Stay connected with family and friends through the free WiFi connection. Take one of Expo Marina Lis’ rental bicycles and explore the river bank. Lisbon’s Oceanarium is within 500 metres, offering entertainment for adults and children. Oriente Station, with bus, metro and train options, is a 15-minute walk from Marina Lis.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. It is possible to book a maximum of 4 bicycles. It has a daily cost of EUR 8 per bicycle. A deposit of 80 EUR per bicycle will be requested. The deposit will be returned if there are no damages are made to the bicycle. Reservation is required. Please note that the credit card details are only used in case of late cancellation or no-show. The payment of the total amount is required, at check-in, in cash.
