In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we have to upload to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
