Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that cleaning service is done once a week. Also please note that the Panoramic only accepts payments via credit card. Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 is required at the check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property. Please note that cleaning is made twice per week and towels and linen are changed once per week. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of EUR 5. It is free of charge during the remainder of the year.
