Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property. Pets Allowed - Small (20lbs) - Non-shedding and hypoallergenic only please. Pet fee is required and pets must be requested and approved ahead of time. Pets must remain off all furniture and all pet waste must be picked up prior to check out. Any remaining signs of pets, smells, hairs, etc may be charged extra for cleaning and/or damage. Pets are not allowed to be left alone inside the house or any rooms without their own crates. Any damage to walls, furniture, doors, etc will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors during quiet hours.
