This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Espace Maxime in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Customers can bring their own sheets and towels or rent them: Double bed sheets: € 16 / bed / stay Single bed sheets: 13 € / bed / stay Towels kit: 10 € / person / stay Opening hours and key collection: -> July - August: Monday to Friday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. maximum. Saturdays between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. maximum. Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday) between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. maximum. -> The rest of the year: Monday to Saturday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. maximum. Sunday and public holidays: autonomous arrival (key box, details specified after booking)
