You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please contact the hotel when arriving later than 18.00. Check-in on Saturdays: before 16.00 only. For reservations at our Promotional Rate, we will always charge 100% of the amount of the reservation once you have arrived and checked in at the hotel. In case of no-show the total amount will be charged. Bruges can be accessed by train from France or by bus from the UK without passing through Brussels. This hotel can only accommodate children aged 6 or older. When booking 3 rooms or more a different policy applies: 25% of the reservation cost will be charged and the amount is non-refundable. All applicable deposits will be charged by the property on the day of booking. Please note that the check in after 19.00 is possible upon request only, it needs to be requested in advance can only be confirmed when there is a member of staffs can check you in.
