Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for £10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 16 years old and over stay for £20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Igloo Hybrid in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Communal areas at the property such as the shared kitchen, lounge and garden are now open but will be closed during certain periods throughout the day for cleaning. Reception opening hours have also been reduced until further notice. Extra beds can be added to some rooms upon request and need to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. A key deposit of GBP 20 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out. Please note that towels are provided for free only in all en suite rooms. Towels are available for rent at GBP 1 each.
