You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in and check-out outside reception opening hours are possible at a EUR 50 extra charge. In case of delay at your arrival, please contact your host on his cell phone at least 1 hour before the meeting. If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not warned your host, you will be charged an extra fee of EUR 50.
