Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We appreciate your booking and look forward to hosting your stay. Home truth: Garage clearance is 1.9m. Access can be tight for large cars, but parking spots are large. Works are happening within the building to update the lift. You need to keep this in mind before booking as there may be noise from the works during the day. No compensation will be offered for the noise/construction works. Thank you for your understanding.
