Please inform Razorback 9 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with EFTPOS or a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that the property requires a AUD $1,000 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. You will receive a second email direct from Australian Alpine Resorts within 24 hours with your check-in and key collection details.
