You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of RUB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that visa support for foreigners can be provided at surcharge. Please note that the property has no reception. Please contact the property to get instructions on how to collect the keys. An additional refundable deposit (1000 RUB) is required at check-in and will be returned upon departure.
