WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Smeraldo Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check-in is only possible upon prior confirmation of the property and the following fees apply: - from 18:00 until 20:00 it costs EUR 10, - from 20:00 until 24:00 it cotst EUR 30, - after 24:00 it costs EUR 50. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that your check-in is otherwise not guaranteed.
