The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in. All requests for late arrival and early checkout are subject to confirmation by the property. The following surcharges apply for arrivals after check-in hours and departures before check-out hours: - Check-in from 21:00 to 24:00 – EUR 22 - Check-in from 24:00 to 06:00 – EUR 44 - Check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 – EUR 20 - Check-in or Check-out on a public holiday – EUR 10 Fees are cumulative.
