Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. At the time of booking, you will receive a check-in form and a link to make the security deposit. If you are unable to do so via this link, you will be asked for your bank details upon arrival. Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 22€. - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€. All late arrival requests must be confirmed by the accommodation.
