Please inform Squatters 11 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with EFTPOS or a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that the property requires a AUD $1,000 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. You will receive a second email direct from Australian Alpine Resorts within 24 hours with your check-in and key collection details.
