The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment is prepared to receive 6 people. There are 8 beds, but bed sheets and towels are provided for 6 people. The rental value is the same. Guests must bring their own bed sheets and towels; if it is more than 6 people.
