Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 35 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 50 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform The Central City - Luxury Serviced Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-In Information • Reception Hours: The Reception Office, located on the 1st floor, is available for check-in and guest services from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). • Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards. Identification & Payment • Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card. Please note that any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Environmental Commitment • In alignment with our dedication to sustainability and compliance with Luxembourg's ecofriendly regulations for serviced residences, our apartments are not equipped with air conditioning. To ensure your comfort, fans are provided in each apartment, and our accommodations are meticulously designed to create a serene and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central City. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a €250fine. For rooms featuring a terrace or balcony, an ashtray is provided for your convenience. A designated smoking area is available in the communal garden. Quiet Hours • To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Security Damage Deposit • A security damage deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after check-out.
