Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available cot. Adults stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival, along with a copy of the guest's credit card and photo ID. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
