Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Homenfun Barcelona Eixample in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you request a Late Check-In after 8:00 p.m., there is a surcharge of 20 euros, and after 12:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of €40 in cash, at the time of entry. When travelling with pets, please note that a double damage deposit per cleaning and security purposes, the fee will be refund in 14 days up to check out
