Set in a restored 18th-century mansion of local architecture, Melanthi Mansion offers rooms overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf and Volos Town. Units feature traditional furnishings and luxurious marble bathrooms. Melanthi’s rooms include hand-blown lamps and wooden ceilings carved by local craftsmen. All bathrooms feature handcrafted mirrors and brass details. Accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic bedding. Most rooms include a fireplace. LCD cable TV and fridge are standard. A handmade breakfast with local delicacies is served daily in the breakfast room that features a stone fireplace. Guests can enjoy their drinks in the sun terrace café with views of the sea. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire hotel. Makrinitsa’s picturesque square is a 2-minute walk and Volos Town is a 20-minute drive. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby Melanthi Mansion.
