This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Unfortunately, this property is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience. Please see the Conditions of letting that the agent will send you on confirmation of your booking. Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processed without the actual card being present. You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers licence for all manual credit card transactions. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties: Parties / events / services Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.) Drunken disorderly behaviour Noise Disturbance / loud music No Matric Rage bookings/Bookings for students or guests under the age of 25 years. All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details. Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.
