You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 23.00 costs EUR 35. From 23:00 until 00:30 a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:30.
