Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an existing bed. People 16 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Eden Vert in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Cheques and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. Please note that the 30% prepayment by cash/cheque/bank transfer is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 15€ per person, per night. Towels: 3€ per person per night. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. Please note that wooden pellets for the stove are not included in the price. Guests can purchase a bag of wood pellets for an extra charge of EUR 80. The swimming pool is available from April and guests will be charged EUR 100 per week if they would like the swimming pool to be heated. Pets are not allowed in the stone outbuilding.
