Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 10 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 11 years old to 17 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 22:00.
