Residence Dilitz is located in the centre of Reschen, 200 metres from the Lake and a 4-minute drive from the Schöneben ski area. Hiking and mountain biking trails start right on the doorstep. The apartments in Alpine style offer mountain views, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a seating area. Guests of Dilitz Residence have access to a ski storage room and a garden with barbecue facilities. Guided hiking tours are organised once a week. A restaurant, a bar, and a grocery shop are within 30 metres of the Dilitz Residence. The Nauders ski area is 6 km away. A ski bus stops next to the property.
