Architect's Villa

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Architect's Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. No unaccompanied groups of under 25 years old are accepted. No bachelor parties are allowed. The above prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditioning. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh.
